Cancellation Policy

Initial Deep Cleaning Requirement: All recurring cleaning services must begin with an Initial Deep Cleaning. If you are booking a one-time standard cleaning, this requirement does not apply. However, if you schedule another cleaning after your one-time service, an Initial Deep Cleaning will be required. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that life can be unpredictable—if you need to cancel or reschedule within this window, please call or text us, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee: All service sales are final, and refunds are not provided once the cleaning is completed. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us—we are committed to making things right.
