Welcome to Sandy's Pristine Cleaning. By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services Provided

Sandy's Pristine Cleaning offers residential and/or commercial cleaning services as outlined on our website or agreed upon at booking. Services may be customized based on client needs.

 

2. Booking and Scheduling 

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Recurring services require an Initial Deep Cleaning before regular maintenance cleaning can begin. Any changes to scheduled services must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, hazardous conditions).

 

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on service type, property size, and condition. Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may result in additional charges. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

 

6. Liability & Damages

Our team takes great care in cleaning your home or business. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items. Clients must notify us of any fragile or valuable items that require special attention.

 

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared or distributed to third parties.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
